We are looking for a Product Manager for the development and implementation of product strategies in the field of microsystems technology at the Garbsen site near Hanover as soon as possible. Accompany and support LPKF with your ideas and inspiration on its further growth path.

Your tasks

  • Development of product strategies as well as implementation and coordination of the measures derived from them
  • Compilation of competitive comparisons, portfolio analyses, product roadmaps as well as trends and identification of market potentials
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the product lines for which you are responsible
  • Business development for new products
  • Coordination of the technical and commercial information flow with the team and the development department
  • Creation of customer-specific requirement profiles (e.g. specifications) in cooperation with the sales department
  • Creation and regular reconciliation of planning with sales forecast together with sales management


You are the ideal candidate if you

  • have a degree in industrial engineering in microsystems technology or electrical engineering
  • have good knowledge in the areas of MEMS / Display / IC-Packaging / Semiconductor (absolutely necessary)
  • have know-how in product marketing and business development
  • you enjoy working as a technology-savvy content creator (image, text, video)
  • have strong technology and product-related communication skills with a high level of customer orientation
  • think conceptually and work in a structured and independent manner
